Engine Maintenance & Repair

At Pacific Continental Engines, our commitment to quality begins the moment your engine arrives at our facility. Each engine is fully disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, NDT‑inspected, and dimensionally inspected. From there, it follows an FAA‑approved, quality‑controlled process through every stage of assembly and testing.

Our team brings over fifty‑two years of specialized engine overhaul experience. This depth of knowledge can’t be gained overnight or solely from manuals, it comes from decades of hands‑on work and problem‑solving. We partner only with trusted vendors and suppliers, carefully evaluating product quality, warranty support, price, and delivery. Whether a part comes from the OEM or the aftermarket, it’s chosen for its proven performance. We comply with all OEM‑specified replacement requirements, and our new limit major overhauls always include new cylinders, a new camshaft, and new lifters. Precision engine balancing is performed using computerized crankshaft balancing, connecting rod end‑to‑end balancing, and weight matching to ensure smooth, reliable performance.
