Pacific Continental Engines (PCE) was founded in 1961 by Justus “Jud” Jackson.
Pacific Continental Engines (PCE) was founded in 1961 by Justus "Jud” Jackson at Van Nuys Airport after serving in two wars and retiring out of the Air Force. Today, going into its fourth generation under the ownership of his son, John Jackson, PCE has become one of the leading service organizations in support of general aviation.
